Our Claims Service

We offer comprehensive advice on what you can claim for and how to make a claim and represent you

in negotiations with your insurers or loss adjusters they have appointed. This is normally at no cost to you.

Where damage is severe we can arrange a visit to your premises.

You should report any possible claim as soon as possible and we recommend taking photos of damaged property.

If you have a motor accident you should exchanges details with any other parties involved and take details of any

Witnesses.

Please contact us during our normal office hours of 9a.m.  to 5.30 p.m. on weekdays and 9.30 to 12.30 on Saturdays

to report any possible claims.

If you need emergency assitance outside these hours then many insurers have 24 hour claims helplines and you may

find details in your policy. Alternatively, we provide details on the attached link of information on many of the policies that

we arrange although it is not possible to give full details here.
